Relocation assistance services provide support before and after a move. Here's a simple explanation:
Before the move:

Organizing: Sorting and decluttering items to streamline the moving process.
After the move:

Unpacking: Unpacking boxes and arranging items in your new space.

Support: Offering guidance and assistance with any post-move tasks or adjustments.

This price is for one OMEGA member. We recommend using two OMEGA members to achieve faster and higher quality results. No additional cost.

OMEGA owner will assess the property before finalizing an assignment.

Respectfully provide free parking, and personal space for OMEGA team to work. OMEGA team may refuse to work if they do not feel comfortable.

OMEGA team will process with photos/videos before and after, we may also use videos to address any areas posing challenges to ensure thorough service.

Every OMEGA team has provided a criminal record check and trained for the job.

Lockout: OMEGA team will wait 15 minutes, and you will be contacted via phone, text, or email. No refunds.

Pets: Please make sure that pets are secured or placed in a designated area so that the OMEGA team can work safely and comfortably.

We encourage the homeowner to be part of the process of decluttering to ensure decisions made are respectfully aligned with their personal preferences and needs.

Payment​

Debit and most credit cards accepted. Cash or e-transfer. Prices are before taxes.

Full deposit is required of each day work prior to starting the assignment. Max work per day is 10 hours per person.

Any cancellation from client, 50% of deposit will be returned. If OMEGA team cancels, 100% will be refunded.

OMEGA will refund the difference if the time is not used. Provide email to e-transfer.
