Deep Clean Package

A deep clean involves a thorough and intensive cleaning of a space, targeting areas and surfaces that are often overlooked during routine cleaning. Deep cleaning services go beyond surface-level cleaning to tackle accumulated dirt, stains, and hidden contaminants. This may include cleaning inside appliances, scrubbing grout lines, washing windows, and sanitizing high-touch areas. Deep cleaning is typically performed less frequently than general cleaning and is ideal for seasonal or occasional maintenance, or when moving in or out of a property. It provides a more comprehensive and detailed approach to achieve a truly pristine and sanitized environment.

Deep clean includes; one time cleaning, and move in/out. Residential construction projects may necessitate an extended duration for completion.

Kitchen

  • Clean the microwave (inside and outside)

  • Clean inside the refrigerator and organize (typically will take 2-hours minimum to clean depending on condition).

  • Clean the inside oven (typically will take 2-hours minimum to clean depending on condition).

  • Clean baseboards.

  • Clean and organize kitchen/cabinet drawers (Only for move out/in).

  • Clean under the sink and eliminate the unnecessary.

  • Deep clean cabinet doors inside and out.

  • Clean doors, doorknobs, and light switches.

  • Clean interior windows and windowsills if accessible. May take roughly 2 to 4 hours based on amount and condition.

  • Clean blinds: may take roughly 2 to 4 hours based on condition and amount.

Bathrooms

  • Clean air vents from the ceiling (if accessible).

  • Clean and disinfect light switches and fixtures.

  • Clean and refill soap dish and/or pump if requested.

  • Clean and organize cabinet drawers (only for move out/in).

  • Clean baseboards.

  • Scrub the bathtub and/or shower, tiles, grout.

  • Clean doors, cabinets, and doorknobs

  • Scrub walls (some stains).

  • Clean interior windows and windowsills if accessible. May take roughly 2 to 4 hours based on amount and condition.

  • Clean tiles and grout.

  • Clean blinds: may take roughly 2 to 4 hours based on condition and amount.

Bedrooms

  • Picked up, folded laundry and remove everything that doesn’t belong.

  • Clean light fixtures if accessible.

  • Clean baseboards.

  • Clean under your bed if accessible.

  • Make the bed (please have sheets ready if requested).

  • Clean doors, doorknobs, and light switches.

  • Clean interior windows and windowsills if accessible. May take roughly 2 to 4 hours based on amount and condition.

  • Vacuum and mop under bed (hardwood floor).

  • Clean blinds: may take roughly 2 to 4 hours based on condition and amount.

Common Areas
Hallway, Living Room, Dining Room, Basement, Laundry Room, Stairway, Office

  • Clean baseboards.

  • Vacuum under and behind furniture (cleaner will need owners help if there is carpet).

  • Clean doors, doorknobs, and light switches.

  • Clean railings.

  • Clean interior windows and windowsills if accessible. May take roughly 2 to 4 hours based on amount and condition.

  • Clean blinds: may take roughly 2 to 4 hours based on condition and amount.

Disclaimer

  • Regular clients, price will decrease from deep to general clean. After 30 days of no clean is considered a deep clean.

  • This price is for one OMEGA cleaner. For a deep clean, we recommend using two OMEGA cleaners to achieve faster and higher quality results. The payment will be doubled accordingly.

  • OMEGA owner will assess the property before finalizing a cleaning. 

  • Respectfully provide free parking, and personal space for OMEGA team to work. OMEGA team may refuse to work if they do not feel comfortable.

  • OMEGA team will appreciate if clients can provide products. List is provided on website. OMEGA team will provide some cleaning products as well.

  • Respectfully please provide a working vacuum, mop, bucket, toilet brush, and paper towel. Providing products is appreciated.

  • Allergies/Sensitive: Please provide the products and inform OMEGA for proper use. Cleaning with natural products will take longer as they do not rapidly break down dirt, necessitating more effort and time to thoroughly clean surfaces. Price will increase.

  • OMEGA team will not interfere with TV/computer screen, upholstery, laundry, move heavy furniture, no more than 2 steps on a ladder, and remove mold.

  • OMEGA team will process with photos/videos before and after, we may also use videos to address any areas posing challenges to ensure thorough service.

  • Carpet clean: extra charge ($250 to $500). Estimates is based on size and condition. 

  • Every OMEGA team has provided a criminal record check and trained for the job.

  • Lockout: OMEGA team will wait 15 minutes and you will be contacted via phone, text, or email. No refunds.

  • Pets: Please make sure that pets are secured or placed in a designated area so that the OMEGA team can work safely and comfortably.

Payment​​

  • Debit and most credit cards accepted. Cash or e-transfer. Prices are before taxes. 

  • Full deposit is required of each day work prior to starting the assignment. Max work per day is 10 hours per person.

  • Any cancellation from client, 50% of deposit will be returned. If OMEGA team cancels, 100% will be refunded. 

  • OMEGA will refund the difference if the time is not used. Provide email to e-transfer.
