General Clean Package

A general clean focuses on routine maintenance to keep spaces tidy and presentable on a regular basis. It typically includes tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, wiping surfaces, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens. General cleaning services are ideal for maintaining cleanliness in day-to-day living or working environments. They help to control dust, dirt, and grime buildup, promoting a hygienic and comfortable atmosphere.

Kitchen

  • Dust ceiling, upper and lower crown moldings, and baseboards if accessible.

  • Clean surfaces.

  • Clean the hood vent and if needed.

  • Clean stove top burners.

  • Clean inside microwave.

  • Vacuum floors and mop.

  • Wipe exterior of cabinets.

  • Clean exterior of large and small appliances.

  • Clean sink, faucet and area.

  • Vacuum all carpet/hardwood floor area and mop.

  • Empty garbage.

Bathrooms

  • Clean and disinfect toothbrush holders.

  • Dust light fixtures (if accessible).

  • Dust ceiling, fans, upper and lower crown moldings, and baseboards if accessible.

  • Clean mirror.

  • Clean/disinfect sick and faucet and countertops.

  • Scrub and disinfect toilet, including around base, under seat and around hinges.

  • Wipe down cabinets, knobs, towel racks and toilet paper holder.

  • Clean shower glass and shower door frame.

  • Vacuum all carpet/hardwood floor area and mop.

  • Remove high and low cobwebs.

  • Empty garbage.

Bedrooms

  • Dust ceiling, fans, upper and lower crown moldings, and baseboards if accessible.

  • Dust and polish furniture.

  • Clean glass and mirrors.

  • Remove high and low cobwebs.

  • Make the bed (please have sheets ready if needed).

  • Vacuum all carpet/hardwood floor area and mop.

  • Empty garbage.

Disclaimer

  • Regular clients, price will decrease from deep to general clean. After 30 days of no clean is considered a deep clean.

  • This price is for one OMEGA cleaner. For a deep clean, we recommend using two OMEGA cleaners to achieve faster and higher quality results. The payment will be doubled accordingly.

  • OMEGA owner will assess the property before finalizing a cleaning. 

  • Respectfully provide free parking, and personal space for OMEGA team to work. OMEGA team may refuse to work if they do not feel comfortable.

  • OMEGA team will appreciate if clients can provide products. List is provided on website. OMEGA team will provide some cleaning products as well.

  • Respectfully please provide a working vacuum, mop, bucket, toilet brush, and paper towel. Providing products is appreciated.

  • Allergies/Sensitive: Please provide the products and inform OMEGA for proper use. Cleaning with natural products will take longer as they do not rapidly break down dirt, necessitating more effort and time to thoroughly clean surfaces. Price will increase.

  • OMEGA team will not interfere with TV/computer screen, upholstery, laundry, move heavy furniture, no more than 2 steps on a ladder, and remove mold.

  • OMEGA team will process with photos/videos before and after, we may also use videos to address any areas posing challenges to ensure thorough service.

  • Carpet clean: extra charge ($250 to $500). Estimates is based on size and condition. 

  • Every OMEGA team has provided a criminal record check and trained for the job.

  • Lockout: OMEGA team will wait 15 minutes and you will be contacted via phone, text, or email. No refund

  • Pets: Please make sure that pets are secured or placed in a designated area so that the OMEGA team can work safely and comfortably.

Payment​

  • Debit and most credit cards accepted. Cash or e-transfer. Prices are before taxes. 

  • Full deposit is required of each day work prior to starting the assignment. Max work per day is 10 hours per person.

  • Any cancellation from client, 50% of deposit will be returned. If OMEGA team cancels, 100% will be refunded. 

  • OMEGA will refund the difference if the time is not used. Provide email to e-transfer.
